The Speech Evaluation process was instrumental in honing my speaking skills. Table Topics helped immensely in presenting hotel development projects to cities across the U.S.A. I needed to be prepared to answer questions of which I had no advance knowledge.

Living, learning and leadership: I learned a lot from leaders who preceded me. I also learned how to encourage and motivate others to find their truest selves by looking deep within for hidden talents and abilities.
